STORE POLICIES: We want your shopping experience with Classical Expressions to be nothing less than perfect! If you have any questions please feel free to email us at info@classicalexpressions.com. PAYMENT METHODS: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments. PayPal’s industry-leading use of data encryption helps ensure your transactions are secure. SALES TAX: If the order is shipping to an address within the State of Nevada a tax rate of 8.1% will be applied to the order. If the order is shipping to an address outside of the State of Nevada, no tax will be applied to the order. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the next 24 hours, following credit card authorization. Orderes placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national Holidays will be shipped the following business day. We ship all orders via UPS or United States Postal Service. We include a delivery confirmation with your package. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout. We offer standard, next day service and two day service for all orders within the continental United States. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery with standard shipping. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We want your experience shopping with Classical Expressions to be perfect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 7 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued a store credit. All returns and exchanges must be unused and undamaged with original tags attached. The original shipping cost on returned items is not refundable. However, please email us to receive a postage paid shipping label. Simply print out the label and attach it to the original shipping box. If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. List damaged item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.
